I graduated from dental hygiene school in 2010 and have been working full time ever since. I’ve worked in large mall practices, small single dentist clinics as well as part of large dental corporations. At the end of 2019 I finally decided to launch my own independent clinic! I did this so that I can spend more time and create more value for my clients. I am truly passionate about dental hygiene, I love helping my clients, and building long term relationships. 

Outside of clinical practice I am a yoga instructor and online trainer at HD Fitness BC. I also love decorating and improving my home. Most importantly I am a first time mom and its been the best experience of my life thus far.

I believe that dental hygiene care provided by the same hygienist accomplishes many things; firstly it improves consistency and client results, it fosters good oral health, decreases anxiety and provides a better long term dental hygiene experience.
